The College of Engineering Undergraduate Programs & Records offices are committed to fostering a community that promotes academic and personal achievement, enabling engineering undergraduates to become Societal Engineers.
The Undergraduate Programs & Records offices can:
- Assist students with the transition to college life
- Provide guidance for students in academic difficulty
- Provide counseling for a wide variety of academic and personal issues
- Explore leadership opportunities for undergraduate students
- Discuss and review degree requirements
- Discuss study abroad opportunities
- Discuss special programs, such as Dual Degree, MMEDIC, etc.
- Facilitate the transfer unit process

Appointments
Online appointments with academic counselors and Records staff can now be requested via Handshake. Follow the instructions below to request an appointment:
- Log into Handshake using your BU credentials.
- From the Career Center drop-down menu, select “Appointments.”
- Select “Schedule New Appointment” then choose the “Engineering Undergraduate Programs & Records” Category.
- Choose the appointment type you are looking for, and then choose a date and time that is available.
If you do not see your topic listed there, please email us. Students are also welcome to call the office or to stop by in person to request an appointment or receive assistance.
