Susan Robinson

As Associate Director of University Relations and Campus Outreach, Sue is responsible for all marketing and outreach efforts for BUSA, including the strategic development and management of relationships within BU and BU’s partner institutions.

Sue has over 25 years of experience working in international and higher education specifically in recruitment, marketing, and relationship management. She has worked at EF Education, The Salt Institute for Documentary Studies, CIEE, and most recently at the University of New England.

Sue holds a B.A. in English from Merrimack College and is currently working on her MPH with a concentration in global health. Sue went on an educational tour to the United Kingdom as a high school student where she fell in love with international travel. As an undergraduate on academic scholarship that would not allow to her to study abroad, Sue is committed to making study abroad accessible to students. She has traveled to over 20 countries with Ethiopia being her favorite to date (her daughter is from Ethiopia). Sue has a strong affinity for nontraditional locations. In her spare time, she loves to spend her time on the coast of Maine with her family deciding where to travel next.
