As Director, Bex Morrison oversees all aspects of Boston University’s London programs. Prior to joining Boston University Study Abroad, Bex was the Associate Vice President Academic Services and Student Engagement at Northeastern University London. She was responsible for the departments which oversaw the student journey, from registration to graduation, as well as compliance with the English regulator for higher education.
Bex worked at Northeastern since the inception of its London operation, following the acquisition of her former employer, New College of the Humanities, in 2019. She was an integral member of Northeastern London’s leadership team, working on the University’s strategic development efforts in the UK, including academic programming, budgeting, risk assessment, health, safety and security oversight, and project planning.
Bex holds a Master of Science in Osteopathic Healthcare and a Bachelor of Science in Osteopathic Healthcare, both from British School of Osteopathy. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and she has consulted on several higher education projects, with the most recent one being setting up a university in Turkmenistan to increase the opportunities for girls to enter higher education.
